Description:
Tenders are invited for Storage and Loading Building Renovation and Expansion. The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of: Phase 1 New Reinforced Concrete Building Structure which is an expansion of the existing Control Building (221 gross floor area) to house the new control room, offices, electrical/mechanical room, marshaling room, and new toilet facilities. Phase 2 (Same project) Renovation and refurbishment of the existing Control Building (80 m2 gross floor areas) to accommodate a new dining room, marshaling room, locker room, and photocopy/storeroom. (As per details mentioned in the scope of work). Tender Document Fee 2,000 L.D The Certified Cheque (Bid Bond)is to be issued by a Libyan Bank, worth Fifteen thousand Libyan Dinars (L.D. 15,000) Winner of the bid must submit a certified cheque worth 10% of contract price
