- Tripoli Central Hospital announces its desire to contract with a specialized consulting engineering company, in order to carry out the technical and structural inspection and evaluation work for a number of hospital buildings, within the approved technical follow-up programs. Scope of works. Conduct field inspection of the buildings included in the study. Evaluation. The structural condition of the concrete elements and ceilings in accordance with the approved technical standards. Determining the necessary maintenance or technical treatment requirements, if any. Providing a technical opinion regarding the suitability of the buildings for use from a structural standpoint. Preparing an approved technical report that includes the technical results and recommendations on Qualified and accredited consulting companies, which have the necessary experience, are required to submit their technical offers after prior coordination to inspect the sites, in accordance with the approved procedures.
