• Prequalifications are invited for Supply Aircraft Refueller Vehicles. Supply Jet-A1 Aircraft Re-Fullers Trucks in Accordance to The Scope of Work that Is Summarized in The Following Essential Items: The deadline to submit files is at 12:00 pm on Sunday 10th April 2022. Brega Petroleum Marketing Company announces the prequalification to supply Jet-A1 Aircraft Re-fullers Trucks in accordance to the scope of work that is summarized in the following essential items: 1- Supply (3) Aircraft Refullers (Semi-Trailer) with tank capacity of 35000 L. 2- Supply (5) Aircraft Refullers (Rigid) with tank capacity of 20000 L. 3- Supply (2) Aircraft Refullers (Rigid) with tank capacity of 10000 L. 4- Supply (2) Fault Diagnostic Trucks tools. 5- All required specifications and standards are mentioned in the scope of work. Therefore, companies possessing relevant experience in manufacturer similar this equipment's with technical and financial capabilities are invited to express their interest in participation to supply and provide this tender by submitting their files for prequalification according to the following terms and conditions : A. Legal Documents: § Provide organisation's articles of incorporation cover letter expressing of interest to participate in the tender addressed to high tender committee. § Company-s Memorandum of Association. § Company-s registration certificates at company-s homeland certified by the Libyan Embassy. § Full address of the company headquarter and its branches, telephone, Fax numbers, Emails and website address. B. Financial Documents § Provide the financial status for the last three years authenticated by a legal auditor. § A recommendation letter from the company's main bank confirming the integrity of the company's banking operations. C. Commercial Documents § Full detailed report showing company-s commercial activities during the last three years and a list of the company clients with supporting letters from them (References). § Company's Quality Control and Inspection Certificates. v Important Notes: ü Provide all above-mentioned documents in a hardcopy and Softcopy. ü Dealing within officially assigned representative only. ü Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the High Tenders Committee in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company/High Tenders Committee, located at Tripoli International Airport Road, Brega-s Financial department building, Tripoli, near Tripoli Oil Terminal. ü The invitation to participate in the tender and handing-over specification and general terms and conditions documents only for qualified companies through the pre-qualification evaluation result. ü Submitted files without the required documents will be rejected.
