State of Libya Ministry of Health Elderly Treatment Center in Zawiya Announcement of the Purchasing Committee The Purchasing Committee of the Elderly Treatment Center in Zawiya announces a tender for medical supplies and equipment. In this context, the Center invites companies that have experience in this field to participate in the tender. Public by submitting a request for the technical specifications and specifications booklets according to the following conditions: 1. The drawing of the technical specifications and conditions booklets will begin during official working hours, starting on Tuesday, 11/11/2025 AD, and the offer will continue for five days. 2 The technical specifications and conditions booklets will be withdrawn. Free of charge 3 Bids are submitted in three separate envelopes, the technical offer and the financial offer, sealed with red wax and stamped with the bidder-s seal 4 The validity of the offer is not less than 60 days from the date of submitting the offer 5 The Center reserves the right to cancel the tender without any obligation and the Center does not bear any costs incurred by the companies Participation in the bid from the process of canceling and excluding it from the tender 6. Bids are delivered to the headquarters of the Center-s Purchasing Committee, and the last date for submitting bids is 15/1/2025 AD at ten in the morning. Note: Purchase will be on deferred payment due to the lack of financial coverage for the year 2025 AD, and payment will be made in a sequential manner. The previous transactions resulting from the center-s management have previous debts to the Purchasing Committee
