Description:
Al-Khoms Medical Center announces its need to supply medicines and intravenous solutions according to the table of quantities and types mentioned below. Companies specialized in this field and willing to supply must submit an initial offer to the Awarding and Purchasing Committee of the Center-s management during official working hours in accordance with the following conditions: 1. The offer must contain the quantity, the manufacturer, the country of origin, the expiration date in month and year, the unit of quantity, the total unit price according to the specifications and quantities attached to this announcement. 2. An offer period of no less than one month. 3. Payment upon availability and liquidation of the center-s annual budget. 4. Payment according to a deed issued by Management of the center at the Republic Bank, with the obligation to bring the following: A copy of the articles of incorporation, articles of association, a valid license to practice the activity, a recent extract from the commercial registry, evidence of registration in the importers- registry or the industrial registry, evidence of registration in the Ministry of Health, evidence of registration in the center Food and Drug Control For inquiries and sending offers, WhatsApp 0925420791
