- Prequalifications are invited for Supply Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The deadline to submit files is at 12:00 pm on Tuesday 07th June 2022. Brega Petroleum Marketing Company announces the prequalification for the above mentioned tender in accordance to the technical specifications that is summarized in the following essential items: 1. Safety Uniforms and work wear for both winter and summer such as (Winter Coat, short and long sleeve shirts, Pants, Coverall, work shirts, flame resistant coverall,…etc. 2. Safety footwear and rubber shoes. 3. Safety helmets and welding helmet. 4. Ordinary gloves, anti-fuel gloves and Welding gloves 5. Special full facemasks, half facemasks and paper masks. 6. Leather welding apron. 7. Safety glasses. 8. Ear protectors and foam earplugs. 9. Protection rain jacket and reflective vest. 10. Safety harness and safety barriers system. 11. Coverall for chemical handling. 12. Shoes and Medical coat and special medical uniforms for medical clinics 13. All required specifications, sizes, quantities and related standards are included in the scope of work. Therefore, American and European manufacturers and companies only that possesses relevant experience in manufacturer similar clothes and equipment with technical and financial capabilities are invited to express their interest in participation to supply and provide this tender by submitting their files for prequalification according to the following terms and conditions and providing a file consisting the following documents: A-Legal documents: • Provide organisation's articles of incorporation cover letter expressing of interest to participate in the tender and the documents for the registration (Official evidence attesting registration at the commerce registration office, valid business license and valid tax clearance certificate). • Company-s Memorandum. • Company-s registration certificates at company-s homeland certified by the Libyan Embassy. • Full address of the company headquarter and its branches, telephone, Fax numbers, email and website address. B- finance documents: • Provide the financial status for the last) 3) years in Arabic language includes company capital, company income and annual sells rate authenticated by legal auditor. • A recommendation letter from the company's main bank confirming the integrity of the company's banking operations. C- commercial documents: • Full detailed report showing company-s commercial activities during the last three years and a list of the company clients with supporting letters from it. • Submission of Quality Control and inspection Certificates on manufacturer products. Important Notes: ü HTC will deal only within officially assigned representative. ü Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the High Tenders Committee in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company/High Tenders Committee, located at Tripoli International Airport Road, Brega-s Finance department building, Tripoli, near Tripoli Oil Terminal. ü Provide all above-mentioned documents in a hardcopy and Softcopy. ü The invitation of participation in the tender and handing-over specification and general terms and conditions documents only for companies that found qualified through the pre-qualification evaluation result. ü Submitted files without the required documents will be rejected. The deadline to submit files is at 12:00 pm on Tuesday 07th June 2022.
