Tenders are invited for Supply of Spare Parts for Volvo Star Buses. 1- The last date for submitting bids is on Monday 27/09/2021 AD at twelve noon to Mr. // Rapporteur of the Bidding Committee at the Center's Administration Headquarters, and no bid will be accepted after this date. 2- The bid brochure will be delivered in exchange for a sum of money of (200 LYD) two hundred Libyan dinars, non-refundable, to be paid in cash to the center's treasury. 3- The participant in the bid is obligated to confirm the validity of his offer for a period of (60) sixty days from the date of the last date for submitting the bids. 4- The offer shall be accompanied by an initial insurance of (0.5%) half a percent of the value of the total offer in the form of an unconditional and irrevocable letter of bank guarantee or a certified check in favor of the Center issued by one of the banks operating in Libya, provided that the validity of the guarantee is valid for a period of not less than one month.
