- Announcement: The Tripoli Center for Diagnosis and Treatment of Oncology announces its desire to provide the center-s needs for specialized medicines and general medicines according to the attachment to the announcement. Accordingly, specialized companies wishing to supply must submit their offers in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Required documents and method. Submission Offer 1 Bring a complete legal and administrative file 2 The company must be registered with the Food and Drug Control Center 3 The company must be registered with the Pharmacy Department in the Ministry of Health and registration is for the brand and the company 4 The commercial registry and registration of the chambers of commerce are valid 5 Certificate Valid tax payment 6 Permission to practice the profession 7 A sample of each type is brought provided that the samples of specialized medicines are separated from the samples of general medicines 8 The company representative must have an original authorization letter and a copy of proof of identity 9 The financial offer is submitted in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax and the file The legal, administrative and technical files are in an open file and complete information about the contents of the envelope is written on it.
