- Al-Khoms Medical Center announces its need to supply medical laboratory equipment and supplies for the Medical Laboratory Unit in the Ambulance and Emergency Department, according to the attached schedule of quantities and items. Companies specialized in this field and who have the desire to supply must submit an initial offer to the Awarding and Purchasing Committee of the Center-s management. During official working hours according to the following conditions: 1. The offer must contain the quantity, country of origin, expiration date, unit of quantity, total unit price according to the specifications and quantities attached to this announcement. 2. Payment upon availability and liquidation of the center-s annual budget. 3. Payment according to a deed issued by the administration. The center is at the Al-Marqab Bank of the Republic, with the obligation to bring the following: A copy of the articles of incorporation, the articles of association, a valid license to practice the activity, a recent extract from the commercial registry, evidence of registration in the importers- registry or the industrial registry, evidence of registration in the Ministry of Health, evidence of registration in the control center On food and medicines, for inquiries and sending offers, WhatsApp 0925420791
