- Al-Khoms Medical Center announces its need to supply medicines, medical supplies, surgical sutures, antiseptics and medical sterilizers according to the attached schedule of quantities and items. Companies specialized in this field and who have the desire to supply must submit an initial offer to the Awarding and Purchasing Committee at the center-s management during official working hours. According to the following conditions: 1 The offer must contain the quantity, the manufacturer, the country of origin, the expiration date in month and year, the unit of quantity, the total unit price according to the specifications and quantities attached to this advertisement. 2 The offer period is not less than one month. 3 Payment upon availability and liquidation of the center-s annual budget 4 Payment is based on an instrument issued by the Center-s administration at the Central Bank of the Republic, with the obligation to bring the following: A copy of the articles of incorporation, the articles of association, a valid license to practice the activity, a recent extract from the commercial registry, evidence of registration in the importers- registry or the industrial registry, evidence of registration in the Ministry of Health Proof of registration at the Food and Drug Control Center.
