- With reference to the letter, Indicative No. 222094, dated 31122025 AD, referred to the Center-s Purchasing Committee with a visa from the Center-s Director General, regarding the Center-s need for emergency medicines and specialized medicines that must be available as soon as possible. Companies specialized in this field and wishing to supply must submit their offers. According to the file attached to this announcement, the supply must be immediate and adherence to these conditions 1 The medicines must be registered, approved, and with a recent expiration of not less than 75 2 Regulatory release 3 Clarification of the scientific name, concentration, pharmaceutical form, country of origin 4 Submission of a separate technical and financial offer 5 The file Legal 1 Tax payment 2 Commercial registry 3 Certificate of proof of registration 4 Certificate of registration in the importers- registry 5 Registration statement from the Pharmacy Department of the Ministry of Health 6 Minutes of the general assembly meeting, and the offers must be sealed with red wax and the offers must be submitted to the rapporteur of the center-s purchasing committee during working hours.
