Al-Khoms Medical Center announces its need to supply operators and supplies for a blood component analysis device, according to the attached table. Companies specialized in this field and willing to supply what is required and their valid administrative and legal documents must submit their proposal to the Awarding and Purchasing Committee. Managed by the center during official working hours according to the following conditions: 1. The offer period is for at least 15 days. 2. Payment upon availability and liquidation of the center-s annual budget. 3. Payment according to an instrument issued by the center-s management at the Republic Bank, with the obligation to bring the following. A valid license to practice the activity. Validity: Evidence of tax payment. A copy of the contract of incorporation. The company-s bylaws. A recent extract from the company-s commercial registry.
