The Procurement Committee of the Libyan Center for Electronic Systems, Software and Aviation Research announces a public tender to contract with a company specialized in insulation, water leakage and surface maintenance to the center, and specialized companies wishing to provide these needs must submit their offers to the committee through the Office of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the headquarters of the center In the Janzour-Al-Hashan region, accompanied by the legal file of the advanced company for the tender, provided that the offers are received by a delegate accredited by the company during the period from Sunday morning, 24-08-2025 until the morning of Thursday 28-08-2025, accompanied by 2 circumstances, the first circumstance allocated to the display, and it is closed with red wax and is sealed from the presentation side. As for the second circumstance, it contains the following documents:
1. The delegate seal.
2. A message of assignment to him as a delegate.
3. Personal proven by the delegate.
