• Announcement of a tender to supply the Customs Authority with a ground traffic barrier and its accessories. The Libyan Customs Authority announces its desire to contract to supply a ground traffic barrier and its accessories. National companies wishing to enter into this tender must go to the headquarters of the Purchasing Committee in the General Administration Building of the Customs Authority located in the Al-Dahra area, Tripoli, to do so. During official working hours, to receive the specifications and conditions brochure for the required item, within a maximum period of five days from the date of publishing this announcement. Conditions for submission: 1 The company must be registered in the companies registry with the Libyan Customs Authority. In the event of not registration, the registration procedures must be completed before submitting the offer. 2 An introductory file must be attached to the offer. A comprehensive statement about the company that includes the following documents. Official authorization in the name of the company representative to participate in the bid. A valid license to practice an activity. A recent and valid tax payment certificate. A copy of the company's articles of incorporation or articles of association. A recent extract from the commercial registry. Evidence of registration in the importers' registry or the industrial registry, depending on the nature of the activity. Important notes. The offer shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with red wax, and sealed with the company's official seal. The offers shall be submitted to the rapporteur of the Purchasing Committee at the Customs Authority, provided that the last date for submitting offers is the end of working hours on Sunday, corresponding to 07122025 AD. The envelopes will be opened on Monday, corresponding to 08122025 AD, at 1100 AM, at the committee's headquarters, in the presence of representatives of the applying companies.
