The commercial, industrial registry, and license to practice the activity, provided that the offer contains the following data. Name of the item with precise specifications. Validity by day, month, and year. Country of origin. Quantity. Quantity statement. Price. Note 1. Commitment to transportation and unloading in accordance with the scientific standards and controls prepared by Ministry of Health 2 Submit samples of all required items attached to the offers 3 Submit the offers in two files, the first containing the invoice and sealed with red wax, and the second containing the other documents mentioned above. The offers are submitted to the Office of the Purchasing Committee in the Gharyan Complex Clinic building during Official working hours
