- The Misrata College of Industrial Technology would like to purchase supplies for a sound system to be installed in the college auditorium in accordance with the attachment, provided that the entity adheres to the following conditions: 1. The duration of the offer should be one month from the date of submission. 2. Submit a copy of the company-s license. 3. If the bid is awarded, the company is obligated to provide a payment certificate. The tax is attached to the financial transaction for payment. 4 If the bid is awarded, the company is committed to submitting the final invoice for payment in Libyan dinars, certified by the Tax Authority. 5 Detailed specifications, guarantees, and the agent-s certificate, if any, shall be submitted with the offer.
