Description:
The Procurement Committee on the official Libya Channel announces its desire to supply electrical materials in accordance with the attached table that shows the items, quantities and specifications. The committee invites specialized companies and suppliers who wish to participate to submit their offers. Technically and financially, in accordance with the conditions and controls in force and within the period specified through the government bidding platform, within 5 days from the date of publishing the announcement through the platform. Important notes: Offers must meet all legal and technical requirements, and any offer that violates the conditions will not be considered or submitted. After the specified period, the documents that must be attached to the offer are a colored copy of the company-s articles of association, articles of incorporation, and minutes of the meeting. A recent extract from the commercial registry. A valid license to practice the activity. A valid tax payment certificate. A copy of the commissioner-s passport. All offers must be submitted to the official Libya Channel headquarters. Located on Omar Al-Mukhtar Street, near the Rajab Okasha Sports Complex, during official working hours, the Procurement Committee of the official Libya Channel
