- Tenders are invited for Provision of Two Water Treatment Plants at Abu-Attifel Field (at A-100 and NGL)”. Mellitah Oil and Gas Company intend to install (2) water treatment plant RO at contract area “B” Abu Attifel Field as described in SOW below, including the construction of the buildings, importing, transportation & installation, but not limited to the following: - Provision & Installation of an RO water treatment plant at NGL plant with capacity 100m3/h divided into two trains 2x50 m3/h - Provision & Installation of an RO water treatment plant at A/100 oil center with capacity 150m3/h divided into two trains 2x75 m3/h. - Submission & Delivery of all documents, drawing and reports. - Supply of spare parts & chemical materials for plant. - Provide training programmes for Technicians & Operators The Scope of Work is to install fully Automatic/Manual Reverse osmosis Water treatment plants & construction of relevant buildings at contract area “B” Abu Attifel Field on turnkey basis. The required work shall include but not limited to the following: - i) Site Survey. ii) Basic Design and Detailed Engineering. iii) All Project Management and administration. iv) Procurement/ Supply, Inspection. v) Transportation, Insurance, loading and unloading of material at MOG site/ stores. vi) All works (Civil, Structural, Mechanical/Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical and Control, etc). vii) Construction of buildings for new RO Plants. viii) Installation, testing, commissioning & startup of the new power transformers & new treatment plants. The last day for the submission of your prequalification for this Tender is not later than 30-05-2022 at 14:00 Libya Time. No Submissions to be accepted after this deadline.
